There is no mystery to Meditation & Relaxation. At it’s simplest it is just a great way to relax and unwind. Our meditation and yoga nidra sessions give you a chance to experience gentle movement, deep relaxation and learn simple techniques, the benefits of which you will feel immediately.


We pride ourselves on being able to offer a wide range of yoga experiences including meditation & deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Yoga Nidra is fast becoming one of the biggest health trends. Our monthly Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic Sleep’ is a deep meditation that will leave you feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed. A 30-minute Yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Please bring a blanket to class and wear loose warm layers for relaxation.
