About Hannah Rymer
I have practiced yoga on and off for 15 years and off but I started to develop my practise in 2013 when yoga helped me through a difficult period and I saw how much power it has to heal both the body and the mind.
I feel passionate about enabling yoga to be accessible to all and firmly believe that a yoga practise of some sort can benefit everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. I did my teacher training in 2015 which was life changing, I love seeing people enter a class busy/stressed and leaving with a blissed out smile on their face!
I like to practise Ashtanga and Yin yoga which are opposite ends of the yoga spectrum! But also love a hot yoga class for a really good stretch and that cleansed feeling afterwards!
